My Key does not start a session

Hold the Key against the top edge of your iPhone, near the camera, and keep it there for a second. Thick or metal phone cases can stop the tag from being read, so try once without the case. Tapping works on iPhone XS and newer.

Apps are not being blocked

Unroam blocks apps through Apple's Screen Time. Open iOS Settings, go to Screen Time, and check that Unroam still has access. Then open your mode in Unroam and confirm that you selected the apps or categories you want blocked.

I lost my Key

Every mode can allow a limited number of emergency unlocks, so you are never locked out for good. Pair a new Key under the Key tab whenever you like; your modes and history stay as they are.

I want to stop sending crash reports

Open Settings in the app and switch off crash reports. Nothing else in Unroam changes. What a report contains is described in our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data?

Everything you create in Unroam lives on your phone. You can export or delete your session history inside the app, and deleting the app removes all of it.
